Regular Cleaning
A set visit every week, fortnight or month. Same routine each time, so nothing gets forgotten and you always know what you're paying.

Deep Cleaning
A proper top-to-bottom clean — the buildup that a normal visit doesn't reach. A flat fee, regardless of exactly how long it takes on the day.
- Everything in a regular clean, done more thoroughly
- Inside cupboards, cabinets and drawers on request
- Skirting boards, door frames and light switches
- Limescale removal in bathrooms and kitchen
- Behind and under furniture, where it's safe to move
End of Tenancy
Built around what letting agent checkout sheets actually look for. Same standard whether you're a tenant chasing a deposit back, or a landlord getting a property ready to re-let.
- Oven, hob and extractor fan, inside and out
- Inside every cupboard, wardrobe and drawer
- Windows, frames and sills, inside
- Skirting boards, door frames and light fittings
- Full bathroom descale, including grout
Move In / Move Out
Whether you're clearing a house before viewings start, or want a new place properly clean before your own furniture goes in — billed hourly, so you only pay for what the property needs.
- Kitchen deep clean, appliances included
- Every room dusted, vacuumed and mopped
- Bathrooms fully descaled and disinfected
- Skirting, doors and light switches wiped down
- Leftover dust and debris cleared from floors
One-Off Clean
For anything that doesn't need a regular slot — guests visiting, a party the night before, or just one of those weeks. Same standard as a regular clean, just the once.
- Full dust, vacuum and mop through the home
- Kitchen and bathroom given full attention
- Living areas tidied and surfaces cleared
- Any priority areas you flag, covered first
Quick answers
No — plenty of clients give a key or a door code and are out at work. Whatever you're comfortable with is fine; some people prefer to be in for the first visit, which is completely understandable.

Yes, as standard. If you'd rather your own products were used — because of allergies, pets, or just preference — just say so when you book.
Regular cleans and move in/out cleans are billed by the hour — £30/hr and £40/hr respectively. I'll give you an estimated time based on your home's size when you book, and always confirm before doing more hours than agreed.
