It's efficient for the company, but it means you never quite know who will be coming into your house, and if a job's rushed or something's missed, you end up explaining it to a call centre rather than the person who did the work.
Crystal Cleaning doesn't work that way. There's no dispatcher between you and the clean. We quote the job ourselves, We turn up to do it, and if there is any trouble you will deal with us directly.
